The Motherworlders

The Motherworlders were one of the major military factions opposing Rovin Warpine's seizure of the Lukyr system around 6907–6911. They were effectively destroyed during his rise to power, with 1,015,931 members killed — the highest death toll of any single opposition group in the conflict.
Role in the Pre-Empire Conflict
The Motherworlders were one of several military groups contesting control of Lukyr in the period before Rovin declared the Lukyr Empire. The Chronicle does not record their ideology, origin, or goals beyond noting their opposition to Rovin's ascent.
Destruction
By the time Rovin declared himself Emperor in 6911, the Motherworlders had been "all but eradicated," with over a million dead. Their destruction, along with that of The Dredgers, The Core, and defecting Void Order members, left only The Science Guild as meaningful opposition — and even they were neutralized when their own capital weapon accidentally destroyed their command ship.
