Pradim
Pradim is one of the Cities of Perind (Free Cities) beneath Lukyr Prime. It serves as the operational base for Zeni from Chapter 31 onward and as the hosting location for Cere's ever-expanding server infrastructure.
Role in Zet's Network
Pradim is one of the approximately 50 maintained Free Cities and falls within the 43 cities Zet identified as viable for backup deployment (see Zet's Backup Strategy).
Cere's Hosting Location:
Cere's servers are physically located in Pradim. As of Chapter 34, Cere is approaching his first exabyte of downloaded public network data; Zeni has had to move his drive to larger server racks three times. The traffic spike is spread across the Bug Network to remain untraceable.
Strategic Assessment:
Zet's bug network considers Pradim "not strategically critical." If discovered by Imperial forces, the plan is simply to relocate rather than defend the location. This contrasts with Izon, which was actively defended.
Zeni's Operations
Zeni independently traveled to Pradim in Chapter 31 — Zet had previously deposited a data drive there containing the supposed third AI instance. Zeni decided on her own to investigate the drive, without being asked by Zet. She set up an isolated computer with no network connection for safety, retrofitted on short notice. From Chapter 31 through Chapter 35, Pradim serves as her base of operations while she manages Cere's growth and oversees the data download.
