Investigation Report #1: Initial Investigation, Sgt. Ribo Mire

Sgt. Cyra and I were dispatched at 15:41 Standard Time. We headed to the University and linked up with the local network node to investigate network traffic. The millions of connections took some time to check, but at around 16:05, we were able to determine that the virus had spread to a self-driving car belonging to another RUACS student, Paul Moret, as well as the local traffic control server, EDU-7.

Both devices were remotely deactivated and their storage devices removed to be investigated in a secure environment. The University's cloud storage server, which according to testimony by Mr. Afca, had also been infected, was scrubbed clean of any trace of the virus by its own protection software. The University staff was advised to destroy and replace its storage devices nonetheless.
