Honored Colleagues,

I regret that I was only informed of your message now.

While one of my assistants had initially wrongfully dismissed it as not important and formulated a response without informing me, a respected colleague of mine has finally brought it to my attention. I believe we have lost valuable time to this mishap, and I will do my best to correct it.
I am impressed to hear that you have already secured the cooperation of Lucas Taldo. In an effort to not disrupt the progress you've made, I will not only allow you to continue working this case, but I ask you to do so on your own premises and under your own supervision.

At the same time, I will work to implement the security measures outlined in emergency protocol I-856 as you suggested. You will hear from me about that in the coming days.
Should you have any other suggestions that would help with this case, you need but ask. The resources and available force of the Royal Brigade are available to you within my jurisdiction.

As we all continue to work through our urgent tasks, I would like to arrange an in-person meeting at your office to discuss this case in detail and meet Lucas Taldo.
