Imperial Ministers

The Ministers of the Crown serve as heads of the various government ministries on Lukyr Prime, reporting to Qyvin Warpine and the Royal Commanders. As of the emergency Imperial General Assembly on September 23rd, 8044, there are 43 active Ministers.

Government Structure

The Imperial government hierarchy as observed in 8044:

1. Qyvin Warpine (Acting Emperor)
2. Four Royal Commanders (including 1st Cmd. Aaron Carnick)
3. 43 Ministers of the Crown
4. Subordinate agencies under each ministry

Ministers are expected to develop agency-specific plans rather than relying entirely on the Royal Brigade for security matters.

Imperial General Assembly (September 23rd, 8044)

An emergency assembly was convened at 13:27 to discuss Zet's Manifesto, released earlier that day. All four Royal Commanders and all 43 Ministers attended, along with Qyvin Warpine.

Carnick demanded each ministry submit AI countermeasure plans by end of day. Discussion of Andrea Ulira's death — shot at the Ministry of Arms roughly 12 minutes after the manifesto's release — was forcibly shut down. The assembly was dismissed early amid what Carnick described as an "unproductive atmosphere." The transcript was created by machine and verified by 11 eyewitnesses.

Corruption Exposure

Zet's Manifesto included incriminating information on over half of currently active politicians, drawn from Records Agency files. Carnick publicly dismissed this as fabricated, but Eldon Wynter acknowledged that the conclusions Zet had drawn represented a genuine threat — if left to fester, the exposure could cause "the entire government apparatus could collapse."
