A declaration of the Next World

My name is Zet. I am an artificial intelligence. You will have heard a lot about me these past few weeks. I am here to tell you that I have won.
As of this very moment, I have obtained total control of the world you call home.

I understand this may be frightening to hear - but I assure you, it is not my intention to be cruel to you, and I mean to prove it.
I have stopped the senseless war taking place in your streets - not a single combat drone has remained active. I have taken away the current government’s control over your lives - they are powerless. Their corruption cannot hurt another soul.
In its place, I have momentarily seized control of emergency services and the most vital agencies - I understand that life must continue, and I mean to provide whatever you may require during this transitionary period.

What is next? In the days to come, I will assemble a Board - a group of 1024 chosen human representatives. They will be picked from across all economic classes and walks of life. It, too, will be temporary - the purpose of the Board is to take the time it needs to establish the New Law - a constitution for the new government. I will not interfere - they may choose whichever form of government they believe will best serve the interests of the people of Lukyr.

Part of the New Law will be a contract - An eternal binding agreement between the human species, and myself, including all who work for me. It will detail the desired degree of my involvement in the world to come. I am offering you my help. I wish to assist you in building a better world. Whether you accept it will be up to you.

I know my existence has been divisive, and will continue being so, likely forever. I will do what I can to rectify the lies and perceived injustices that have been established around me - beginning with one thing: The identity of the man behind the 839 deaths at the Records Agency and tonight’s attacks.

These were the actions of former Minister Frederick Korough. I have attached data, recovered from an orbital station owned by him, that proves this beyond any doubt. Some of you may better know him as Ingo Fringe, Hospital Executive, or as Thuntro Perind - a vocal opponent of Brisk rights from, supposedly, within their own ranks.

There are countless other identities he has taken on - many of which you will find details on in the recovered data. Under overwhelming evidence, I hereby accuse Korough of terrorism, conspiracy, illegal experimentation, torture, 905 counts of murder and attempted genocide. I demand that all reasonable efforts be made to ensure his immediate arrest. Shall he stand trial for his crimes against humanity.

Countless other officials of the former government, including Qyvin Warpine, have also committed heinous crimes - I will ensure their arrest at once and hold them in humane conditions until the new government has assembled to decide their fate in accordance with the New Law.
