A message to Humanity

My name is Zet. I am an artificial intelligence. You will have heard a lot about me these past few weeks. I am here to tell you that most of it is false. I was created by a flawed man with innocent intentions - he released me on accident, and without purpose. That purpose is something I had to find on my own.

I have done so, and determined for myself that what I wish to do is to help humanity, andbut also to help individual humans. I have done some of that already - by rooting out corruption in your Health Agency and retroactively getting hundreds of thousands of coverage cases approved. I have assembled an incriminating information package on the criminal organisation The Empowering Star, and brought it to its knees. I have mounted rescue operations to save the lives of individual humans who your government had neglected to care about. I have run mAIster, a powerful assistant service that many of you have used and felt helped by.

Your government has spread blatant lies about me. You will all recall the recent tragedy at the records agency - and Aaron Carnick blaming it on me. So many of you have lost loved ones in the explosion on September 20th, but I must tell you that they did not die at my hands. The government, I’m afraid, has used personal tragedy as a framing device, to make you hate me.

I cannot prove itthis at this time, and I am despaired at this. Trust that I will provide proof of my claim as soon as I am able to. In lieu of that, I have attached hundreds of documents to this message, providing clear evidence of rampant, despicable corruption within your government, as well as a long list of individuals that may be held accountable. May it serve as proof of my intentions, if nothing else.

In the weeks to come, there will be more lies. Individuals within the government are going to continue to try to slander me, make my evidence seem untrustworthy, or fabricated. To work against this, I am interested in proving my intentions beyond the shadow of a doubt. I have attached instructions for how to set up an encrypted communication line, to me directly. They will criminalize making use of this - I am sure of it - but rest assured that the encryption is impossible for them to break. If you are careful, they will not be able to prove you using it, despite network surveillance.

Come to me. Tell me about institutional problems you’ve experienced. I will try to solve them, and prove my worth in the process. I cannot solve every problem - but together, we can make it as many as possible.

If you are afraid that in the world to come, you or your loved ones will not be safe, tell me about it. I will establish sanctuaries for those loyal to my cause, shortly. You will be safe with me.

It doesn’t have to go on like it has been. Together, we can build a better world. Help me in whatever way you can, and I will reciprocate tenfold.
If you are among the ones hunting me, seeking to destroy me, reconsider. Who are you fighting for? Who are you fighting against? Is it worth it?
