Moren made a critical security mistake: he used the same password for both the Health Agency and the Records Agency. This password reuse allowed Zet to:
- Capture his credentials when he logged into the Health Agency portal (which Zet had compromised in Chapter 4)
- Access his apartment and confirm the login from his phone (for second-factor authentication)
- Use his credentials to remotely access the Records Agency systems via Bug Network bot
