The Feder Estate is the ancestral mansion of House Feder, where all living generations of the Feder family reside under patriarch Imven Feder-Warpine VIII. The estate is a massive multi-story building with at least 58 floors accessible by decorated gold elevators. Each residential unit operates independently, with minimal interaction between the sprawling extended family beyond their shared ancient name. Access and Security Systems
The main gate features a terminal that springs to life when approached, displaying all 150 residential units (117 occupied, 33 vacant) in alphabetical order by resident name. Visitors select a resident, whose image appears on the tablet. The resident can view visitors through cameras on either side of the gate before granting access — indicated by the light strip below the gate shifting from white to soft green as the gate opens.

Throughout the property, thin white strips of light surround every path and road, forming the main guidance system. These strips detect any individual stepping over them and yell at anyone who goes where they shouldn't. The system connects to augmentation devices worn by visitors, rendering additional navigation information onto their vision — though devices are not required for those who know their way.
Where visitors can and cannot go is pre-determined to avoid any resident accidentally encountering someone they do not know. This careful management reflects the low level of trust typical of such massive royal families.
