Known Users
Bal Hensy — Minister of Communication, is illegally 146 years old as a result of youth drug use. His true age is a secret; Zet discovers this during the Chapter 6 infiltration of his estate. The fact that a sitting minister uses them suggests enforcement is either selective or non-existent at the highest levels.
Eldon Wynter — The high-ranking official who ordered the Records Agency explosion owns a pure Valmyr ring, another indicator of extreme wealth. Whether he also uses youth drugs is unconfirmed, but his profile is consistent with that demographic.
Legal Status
Youth drugs are explicitly illegal ("illegally 146 years old"), yet Bal Hensy holds a ministerial position. This implies either:
- Enforcement is effectively absent for powerful individuals
- Youth drug use is an open secret among the elite

World-Building Significance
Youth drugs point to a deep class divide on Lukyr Prime: ordinary citizens age and die naturally, while the powerful extend their lives indefinitely through illegal means.
